Who we are
CF Weddings designs and builds wedding websites for couples. It is run by Codefoundry Labs LLC, 1021 E Lincolnway, Suite 9697, Cheyenne, Wyoming 82001, United States, the studio you may know as The Codefoundry. “We” on this page means CF Weddings and the team behind it.
What we build
Each site is built for one couple, from what you give us in your onboarding. What a package includes, its price and how many changes come with it are set out on our packages page and in what we agree with you before you pay. If the two ever differ, what we agreed with you wins.
Booking and payment
- Your date is held, and work starts, once your deposit is paid.
- The rest is due before your site goes live, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
- Prices are in Ghana cedis unless we tell you otherwise.
If plans change
If you cancel before we start building, we refund your deposit. Once work has started, the deposit covers the work done and is not refunded. If the wedding date moves, we move your site with it at no charge. If we ever cannot deliver what we agreed, we refund what you paid for the part we did not deliver.
What is yours
Your photos, your story and everything you give us stay yours. You give us permission to use them to build and run your site, and nothing else, unless you tell us we may show your site as an example of our work. The design and code we create remain ours, and you may use them for your wedding site for as long as it is live.
What we ask of you
Only send us material you have the right to share, and nothing unlawful or hurtful to others. You are responsible for who you share your site's link with: anyone who has it can see the site.
Messages and our automated assistant
When you message us on WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook, an automated assistant may answer first on the team's behalf, to answer questions about our packages and set up a call. Prices and dates are confirmed by the team before you pay. You can ask for a person at any time.
Keeping the site running
We host your site and keep it online for the period your package includes. We work hard to keep it up, but we cannot promise it will never be briefly unavailable, and we are not liable for losses caused by an outage beyond what you paid us.

Changes and questions
If we change these terms we will update the date at the top; the terms you booked under still apply to your booking. Questions, or anything you would rather put in writing: team@thecodefoundry.dev.
